In online stores with a large customer base, it becomes nearly impossible to provide individualized attention to each customer. To address this challenge, customer groups can be established. These groups allow for the categorization of customers based on specific criteria, enabling tailored approaches in areas like product pricing, policies, and overall interaction.
With User Groups module, you gain the ability to create new user groups with customizable attributes. You can
assign names, discounts and commissions to each user group.
Additionally, you can
use advanced user group customization options
to fine-tune the customer experience. These options include the ability to define product prices, apply group discounts to sale prices, incorporate watermarks, restrict the "Add to Cart" button to logged-in customers only, utilize different images for active and inactive groups, control customer approval for new registrations, and designate reseller groups.
The module's functionality goes further by allowing you to
offer accumulative discounts for specific user groups.
This feature enables you to define a minimum one-off amount to qualify for a super discount and create multiple discount steps (%), allowing for flexible discount structures tailored to your needs.
