  • Edit Existing Formats: For existing formats, click on the "+" icon for editing.
                                                                                         

 

 

Step 4: Define Format Name

To create or change the name of an address format, click on the pencil icon and enter the desired name in the corresponding field.

 

Step 5: Customize Address Data Rows

  • Add New Row: Click on "New row" to add a new row for address data.
  • Add Address Fields: Drag and drop the required address fields (gender, first name, last name, street address, suburb, postcode/zip, city, state, country, company reg number, company name, company vat, customs number, telephone number) to visually create address formats.

Step 6: Delete Unnecessary Fields

If a field is not needed, easily remove it by clicking on the trash can icon.
