Notify Back in Stock module helps keep customers informed about product availability. Follow these steps to manage and customize the module after installation:
Step 1: Access the Module Settings
- In your admin panel, navigate to Modules > Extensions.
- Locate Notify Products Date and click Edit.
Step 2: Configure Notification Settings
- In the Settings section, set the Notify Products Date Status to True.
- Enable notifications for customers who pre-ordered a product.
- Enable notifications for customers who requested a back-in-stock alert, then click Update.
Email Notifications
Each notification is sent using a dedicated email template to ensure clear communication with customers.
Product-Specific Notifications
Once the module is enabled, the "Notify about date change" option appears on the product edit page, allowing you to manage notifications for individual products.
