dir_ws messed up help!

I installed the "how did you hear about us" contribution and now none of my links are working right. I think it must have something to do with the global settings or define, but I'm not sure. For instance, the links look like this now;

 

http://starslings.comdir_ws_http_catalogdefault.php/

 

http://starslings.comdir_ws_http_cataloglogin.php/

 

etc.

 

Anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

 

Also, only after the fact, did I notice that the "how did you hear about us" contribution, the createaccount.php file is very different than the createaccount.php that I am using with oscommerce, it's actually more similar to the account_details.php.
