For example getting all the outbound emails together, getting product order status set (for example people kept calling and saying "what does delivered mean?" and I never knew that was a status email that was being sent out. And when I first got my store going I forgot and left it in "test mode" for 3 weeks! just a check list of things that need to be though of, or asked of the customer, like a feature check list with Yes,No do they want or need this.
