rockstar_clothing Posted June 26, 2004 Posted June 26, 2004 Hi, I'm having quite a bit of trouble fuguring this one out so thought I'd put it to you. I'll be selling tshirts which obviously come in different sizes. However, it doesnt seem possible to specify how many of each size you have in stock. It seems you can only specify how many in total there are in stock for that product. Any suggestions? Cheers
Paycheck Posted June 26, 2004 Posted June 26, 2004 You are trying to say I have tshirts for instance red, blue, green and yellow and you want to show how many of each are in stock of the particular color? For an immediate solution just set up the products as there own product. For instance yellow is it's own product, blue is it's own and so on. I personally have not seen any contribution for separating product levels for an attribute. You may want to post in the contributions section of the forums to ask for some developer help. rockstar_clothing Posted June 26, 2004 Author Posted June 26, 2004 ok cheers, Ill post it in there and see what we come up with. I would have thought this was a common problem however. Its a bit worrying because customers will be able to place orders on items that we do not have in stock and there'll be no way of stopping them going through the checkout.
