Setting the chmod 755

I know using the Chmod 755 make all file to writeable. But was is the command to set all subdirectorys to this chmod at once? I tried chmod 755 ./ but dont have any luck.

You really do not need to do this and probably should not. The only folders you should need to change are the images folder and the admin/backups folder.

I got my answer else where chmod -R 777 *
