Catalog and Configuration options in Admin

Catalog and Configuration options in my sites Admin section are all of a sudden not working and "Page is not found" error message comes up. Any idea of why this is happening? Does anyone have any solutions to this problem? I need to access my site's oscommerce so I can configure the account, and update, add products to my site. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

did you change any paths, etc on your site? what is your server logs saying?

when you go in via ftp, can you find the admin folder and if so, where is it located?
