famous58 Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 I have a client who is using the regular credit module and, on two occasions, the order went into the DB but she did not receive the emailwith the middle 8 numbers for the credit info. On both occasions this happened one order right after the other. The orders before and after the bad ones are fine. She is using an exchange server that I don't have access to, could it be that the server went down during the time the orders were placed? Is this the only possible reason for this to be happening? I'm to the point where I want to write a routine to write all the cc info to the DB encrypted so we don't have to rely on the email with the middle 8 numbers. T.I.A. for any input.
