Ready to scream...Can someone help me?

I installed osCommerce and everything was finally going smoothly until I tried to change the SSL setting in the config files from false to true. Of course this didn't work after I uploaded them, so changed them back to false & now I get this error:

1046 - No Database Selected

 

select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration

Now what do I do? I have tried for 3 days to get this program working on my server, now I have it & am totally lost. I am getting so frustrated with it. How the heck do I get my control panel or whatever it is called back? :unsure:
