guide to how to do stuff and what stuff means to get my website going!! I have shipping issues ... i've tried loads of stuff and i've read loads of these messages. some i just dont understand, some might help me and some might help me if only i understood them!!!!

For example .... what does this bit

Shipping Table

3:1.20,4:1.40,5:1.65

actually mean????

table method is weight. so i thought 3:1.20 would mean 3oz - $1.20 shipping. But i guess it doesnt.

and something else i just figured out .... kind of!!!

When you put an item in your store, at the bottom it asks for weight. How do you put 3oz. ??? I guess (now!!) not by actually writing 3oz...!!!

Any help will be extremely appreciated or i'll have to open more tickets!!!

Thanks

Sam

3:1.20

means up to three pounds cost 1.20

To calculate weight you have to convert oz to lbs

3 oz

3 divided by 16 = .187

You'll put the .187 in the weight field for your product that is 3 oz

Yes it is lbs or pounds in english.

Don't know on the kg, sorry. If that is your normal weight measurement then I would assume yes.
