Missing catalog/default.php

I installed osCommerce Online Store 2.2ms2 (1.0-34) direct installation to the server from my provider but as I look at various modules and others storefronts, I see a catalog/default.php file or references to this file. You can check out my site at www.gencable.com/catalog if that helps. I have made no changes to the store since installation.

I don't know if I have the right version installed but I keep running in to issues where oscommerce was loaded to a folder on the server as "store/" and I was getting confused as everyone indicates "catalog/" in most of their posts or module installation instructions. This time i named the directort "catalog/" but I don't see "default.php" or "catalog/temp" (which is required for Easy Populate).

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

if you installed oscommerce from a script your host wrote, then it probably went to store.
