Broken link in status e-mail

I noticed that when I send out an e-mail to a customer to let them know that their order status has been updated, they get a broken link. The e-mail only says (as an example - this is a test order): /catalog/account_history_info.php?order_id=39 It's missing my domain in front! The entire link is there when they check out and get the order confirmation on e-mail, but it's missing when I try to send a status update. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? TIA!
