BTS 1.3 - css problem

installed templates BTS 1.3

modified (page bg color, and box bg colour) and uploaded osc/stylesheet.css but no changes,

I cannot see where I'm going wrong please help

my bad uploaded to wrong folder

 

where abouts am I suppose to upload box.tpl.php though

 

I've changed it and uploaded it to osc/box/ but no changes have occured

I think you are suppose to upload your box.tpl.php to the folder osc/template/template_you_using/boxes

hmm still a bit confused,

 

the changes don't seem to OneTable-fluid and the changes don't appear to be happening

 

my default template dir is OneTable-fluid

 

is there somewhere else I'm suppose to switch the templates or something

what would you suggest I do to redesign the the shop front / i don't need to use a template system, but I'm guessing it would save a lot of time?

 

I have a design with curves in the layout/ contempary I have to try and bend the oscommerce shopfront to suit the design i've been giving, so I am worried slighty I won't be able to get exactly what I want

 

any suggestions? /links / urls?

yes I well versed in html, ok with php and a reasonably solid understanding of php/mysql (enough to produce a cms on my own)

 

gotta go for lunch now

 

which files do i need to mod to see the changes throughout the site

 

e.g. for example I might want to the change the boxes to have no gif corners, how might i got about doing this?
