MySQL Troubles

I downloaded and install my website with all of its attributs for one of my customers. To save time and headaches I used my MySQL database and just emptied the orders, products, and customers tables.

 

Now when I place a test order the email contains the correct information, but the admin pages contain additional products and priority mail shipping costs. I have yet to be able to locate the tables which are adding this information?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

there is a contribution and also something in tips and tricks to empty a database except the configuration. use that scropt.
