I am trying to create a site that allows customers to choose many custom options for their product. How can I do this? here is what I am wanting my site off and look like. http://www.corporatecotton.com/quote/?id=HA5190P&type=1 notice the options for volume pricing and the otions for addeing custom printing. Each color is a added price.

You can do that, it will take a while and knowledge of coding. I doubt someone here will do it for you for free, maybe if you offer cash. I'd start with the option type feature contribution that allows you to have text boxes, checkboxes, and radio buttons for attributes. Then you are going to have to dig in and make a lot of modifications on the product_info page and most likly shopping_cart, application_top and maybe a few others.

Hey Ryan,

that is essentially what i am trying to do. The only difference is that you have your "Colors" listed in a drop down, with quantity by size, where i was looking to do quantity by size and color

S___M___L___XL

[Qty] [Qty] [Qty] [Qty]:Red

[Qty] [Qty] [Qty] [Qty]:White

[Qty] [Qty] [Qty] [Qty]:Blue

---------------------------------------

Any ideas to help get me started?

Thanks,

Dale

I think you may need to get the master products contrib that will allow you to have slaves which would be the colors and an attribute in those could be the different sizes. So you would have one main t-shirt and three slaves of color r, w, b, each with the attribute size in which you could select s, m, l, xl. Check it out. A mod to it just came out too that allows the attributes part.

this may work for me but when the item is placed in the cart is the entry reflect the product or just the category it is in?

Huh? Slave products are their own product so when you buy the slave product it gets added to the cart as it's own product but the links will go back to the master.
