Where to find FOOTER_TEXT_BODY AND TITLE

HI, I TRIED TO CHANGE THE CONTENTS: FOOTER_TEXT_BODY AND TITLE.

 

I TRIED TO EDIT footer.php, but I can not see where the FOOTER_TEXT_BODY is defined, maybe it is defined at define(), please teach me where i can edit them. Thanks for your help. in the footer.php, i see the code: <?php echo Footer_text_body ?> , but i do not know how to edit its contents.
