You mean you have or want sub folders for product images?

Just build the path into the file name: greenwidgets/widget01.jpg

Local: Mac OS X 10.5.8 - Apache 2.2/php 5.3.0/MySQL 5.4.10 • Web Servers: Linux

Tools: BBEdit, Coda, Versions (Subversion), Sequel Pro (db management)

When I insert a new product I want the image to go to.

Satellite Dishes/Kuband/channelmaster_1meter.gif

At the present time I do not see ant folders being created based on the catagorys being created.

Somthing just like in the cre_loaded_6

I'm not a coder just a splicer.

You'll need to create the folders yourself ahead of time. Use your ftp program.

I mean

catalog/images/Satellite Dishes/Kuband/channelmaster_1meter.gif

It (a contribution )will create the directory to the image based on wher you are in the catagory tree if it is not established..

I don't think I can move the images with a ftp because I think I will then have broken links.

Hi Alan,

I agree, I don't understand. It would be great if you can explain again.

When you upload the imgage via Admin, it automaticaly puts it into the base images directory. I don't know how to "move" it to the correct subdirectory.

Thank you very much.

Michael
