Guest Posted June 18, 2004 Share Posted June 18, 2004 open the file from the contributions area, do not download and save it at first. once you do that, it opens another file, which is a tar file. double click on that and it will open another file, ot_fixed_payment_charge, that is the one you can save. i use winrar and worked fine for me.
