Guest Posted June 18, 2004 Share Posted June 18, 2004 Hey there, hopefully someone can assist me, I scaned through the forum looking for something like this but I can't seem to find it. Just a few days ago my clients site viewers are now being directed to the login page instead of being able to browse the catagories. Does anyone know what may be causing this and how to resolve this issue? The site is located here http://www.sirenweb.com and the os commerce is accessable by the links to the right. ♥kymation Posted June 18, 2004 Share Posted June 18, 2004 Interesting. Your site redirects to the login page if I'm using Internet Explorer or Opera, but works properly in Firefox. I see that you have a browser detection script installed -- could that be causing the problem? Try commenting out that script and see what happens. Guest Posted June 18, 2004 Share Posted June 18, 2004 I think I figured it out. Yesterday I was having issues with customers coming to the site yet being logged in as anyone that was logged in at the time on the site. I got a solution and resolved that problem, but in the midst of it I was randomly trying things and I changed the options in the admin panel sessions I returned the values back to what they were in the instal and it seems to have solved the issue.
