You have all been very helpful in the past, so I was hoping for some helpful criticism from you. Anna Posted June 18, 2004 Share Posted June 18, 2004 You might want to consider the Automatic Thumbnail contribution (or similar) as the category listings take forever to download (we're on 128K here). Guest Posted June 19, 2004 Share Posted June 19, 2004 1- A little more color (personal preference) 2- the thumbnails on the category listing are HUGE. I selected one for grins and it was 75k++. For an image that size, it should be in the 10k-20k range. Really look into this as I am on a super fast net connection and it was too slow for me. 3-reduce the amount of products you list in the category listing from 20 to maybe 10. playy Posted June 19, 2004 Author Share Posted June 19, 2004 With the category thumbs, I can't figure out a way to lower the size, the images are comming directly from an outside website, so I cant use an image processor to change them all at once, and I havent been able to use a contribution to fix this.
