When they check out, the shipping page presents them with lots of options...but it seems that no matter what they check, the choice reverts to the most expensive option (Global Express Guranteed Document Service). I searched the forums on this and saw a question asked about a year ago with the same problem, but no answers. Anyone have a clue?
