Guest Posted June 16, 2004 Share Posted June 16, 2004 This is driving me crazy! On a new install of ms2.2 I left the osc banner in for testing. I followed all instructions, with no scheduling set, uploaded a new banner, made sure the green light was on for the new banner, and the red light on for the osc banner, but my banner will not dislay . I received NO warnings. 1. When I click on the JS pop up it displays my banner, so I know it uploaded. 2. I checked and it is being stored in the data base. 3.
