badjo
I have recently set up my companies store and I have several customers that will receive recurring billing. I processed them through authorize.net billed and shipped fine, but I can not find their cc-numbers in the database to rebill for continued service. Where-oh-where could they be. I have seen numbers in OSC admin/orders before but they were using "credit card" module not Auth.net. I am guessing using "credit card" module stores them and not Auth.net? Any help on where I can retrieve them? Thanks For Your Help, badjo sorry - I originally posted in the wrong forum.
strced
The full credit card number is NOT stored in the data base. You should use the secure credit card contribution if you want to capture the credit card number. Chuck
kirsir
You are not allowed to store full CC numbers in the database. In the Credit Card payment module make sure that you have an email address listed in the "Split Credit Card E-Mail Address". The result of this is that the first 4 and last 4 numbers of the credit card will be in the database but the middle 8 numbers will be emailed to you. Then you can put them together in the future for rebilling.
badjo
Understood, Thank You. What db field are the first and last four digits stored in? I have looked and searched the db for these cc records and can't find'em. I have a small mess on my hands, I hope I can match everything up. Thanks for your help, jb
