How to hide a code depending on a Zone_id

Hi, i want to hide an option in the account.php file. I want to hide it only if the customer zone_id is 200. So I guest that a command line can request the database to know the costumer zone_id and stored it in a variable?

This is an example, i just replace the missing solution by ???????

 

 $check_query = tep_db_query("select zone_id from " . TABLE_ADDRESS_BOOK . " where address_book_id = '" . ???????????. "' and customer_id = '" . ???????????????;

 

I do not know how to take the customer_id and the address_book_id
