I have been trying to follow the installation instructions which came with the downloaded files. This tells me to transfer the unzipped catalog directory and it's contents to my webspace using an ftp programme. I have done this without a problem, but I then read that I should view the following http://[your site]/catalog/install. but when I try this I get the following message from microsoft explorer:- You are not authorized to view this page You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied. I realise that this is some basic problem, probably with my website settings or host facilities - but what should I do? I am trying to use the free webspace which came with my tiscali broadband account.
