bobthelucky Posted June 11, 2004 Share Posted June 11, 2004 ok sorry if this annoys any one but a lot of the time i try and get in to the forum and it loads and loads and loads and never really gets loaded are all of you having that problem? is it my connection? i have cable, i have a good comp i built to play games on and it is fast in online games is it something i am doing?or is it just the forum needs a better server? to the powers that be if you needmoney for better server or what ever maybe make it so we all have to pay a few bucks,give a month free to test forum out then 5 bucks or 10 bucks a year to be a member i dont know.i do know a forum i cant access is no fun at all. also while i am suggesting why not a live chat area?? do you have that? if so i havent found it.ok just color me confused in nebraska sorry for the rant Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Response given was that the number of simultaneous users are causing the problem. eg, the server can't handle the traffic. Don't know if anyone is familiar with the CDRG forums, but they were running with often thousands of users at once with no noticable slowdown.
