obinet
We have a store located in North Carolina and are using the North Carolina tax zone, however, we recently received an order from someone in South Carolina and they were charged the North Carolina sales tax. Is this because of the "Carolina" in the zone name? Any suggestions to remedy this? Thanks, Rusty
obinet
Just did a test order using South Carolina as my address and it didn't charge the NC sales tax this time - not sure what's going on here. Hopefully just a one-time glitch.
