Simple Problem...

hey guys i know this might seem a simple problem but ive been messing about with the stylesheet and i want to change the background color of the header and footer but not the main page. I would assume it is simple but i just cant do it for some reason :P

Change these in the stylesheet

 

TR.header {
 background: #ffffFF;
}

 

and

 

TR.footer {
 background: #bbc3d3;
}
