Tommyboy
Hey gang, Built a website a while back that i'm happy with, put it up on a server just the other day and my web host has osCommerce set up as an install on the server. So I'm looking for this kind of aid. What i would love to do, is simply add "add to cart" buttons on my page, which link to a shopping cart, inside the shopping cart i'd like a quantity modifying box. So basically, is it possible for me to just put add to cart buttons for each of my products and a checkout page to my site without going through all the rest of the config and keeping my original site? I'm not even shipping anywhere yet, so i don't need to configure that either, i just want to make it so my customers can place an order and i can have it ready for them when they pick it up. If all you want is buttons and a cart, I hate to say it, I would probably suggest PayPal shopping cart. Once you generate a button for one item, look at the coding and it's very simple to modify it for other items. OSC is basically designed to be a stand alone type of item.
