Does anyone know how I can implement a charge for small orders? For example if XYZ company buys 50 lbs (or less) of silicone they get a $150 small order setup charge added to their invoice, if they buy 51 lbs or more, they do not. I've looked through all the contributions but cannot come up with anything. I would be willing to pay a programmer to get this working on my site.
