How can I change a default setting in my product l

Hi,

 

I have a template installed on my site www.turnonthefun.co.uk and am nearly ready to go live.

 

When I look at my products and then choose one to go into, i am getting a line of text about offering a guarantee which I would like to remove.

 

If anyone knows how I can remove this text i would be really grateful
