Newsletters Module

I have installed newsletters and suscribers 0.2 which has installed correctly(I think). I just have one problem. It says in the instrictions to create a new button "save changes"(which i do not know how to do). Otherwise continue.gif will be used. I am getting an x where an image button should be. I don't believe continue.gif is coming up for me. What's up with that. Please help I'm live.

I've also noticed another problem in the admin section. When I go to subscribers admin iget this error.

I'm having trouble when I click the red button to set a subscriber as inactive it is not working.. Anyone else having that problem?

I have found the answers in other posts. On line 469 where it says tep_array_merge() just take out the word array.

For the red x problem I just cut and pasted the code for the continue button on to the proper page on the proper line where it says something about the button image. Sorry I can't remember right now where it was.
