I keep getting this error from easy populate. The files all have the right permissions, but I still can't get this loaded properly. Whatever that is. Please help!

"unable to access" means 99% of the time that the directory you're pointing to either does not exist or the permissions are wrong. Since it's looking for the directory catalogtemp I would guess that you didn't put a / in the right place - should that be catalog/temp perhaps?
