pewe Posted June 6, 2004 Share Posted June 6, 2004 I use a customer Help Centre on one of my sites, and am going to install it on my shopping cart when it is ready. The system is HelpCentre and can be found here http://www.helpcenterlive.com/ This system uses a database the tables of which can be added to the OSC DB. The problem is I am not sure: - How to alter their scripts to use the OSC customer table instead of the table they use which is called 'users' - whether the password field encryption in both systems is compatable. The Helpcentre is a free system, and is very impressive in terms of features - including a support ticket system. Would anyone with a knowledge of PHP be interested in having a go at integration?
