Guest
Hi, I have istalled the WorldPay module 4 v 1.7 following the installation guide to the letter. Checked the table to make certain that: orders_status VALUES (1, 1, 'Pending'); orders_status VALUES (2, 1, 'Processing'); orders_status VALUES (3, 1, 'Delivered'); are there and correct. Added: define('FILENAME_WPCALLBACK', 'wpcallback.php'); to catalog/includes/filenames.php Visited WorldPay admin set callback and entered http://<wpdisplay item="MC_callback"> in the callback URL as is. Set up WorldPay information in the shop admin area and tested the system. As a customer I receive an email from WorldPay confirming the order has been placed. Receive a second email from WorldPay as the shop confirming the order has been placed and the amount and cart ID. I do not receive the callback failed email (Check WorldPay Callback Failed Count no failes) When I check the orders in admin there's no sign of the order and on checking the database there is no order, nor has the item been removed from stock. I have checked to make certain the order side works using the cheque payment and the order appears. I have checked the forums and note this appears to be a problem that does not have an answer or have I missed how to resolve this problem? Can't tell if thats from STS or maybe WorldPay changed something?

Guest
This does not solve the WorldPay contrib problem. Do you ahave any other relevant suggestions? Edited June 9, 2004 by Charlie
DigitalFodder
Hi, im having exatactly the same problem. Would anyone with experence or has got this contrib to work please post? Much thanks Mark
Guest
I have spoken to the chap who wrote this contribution. He was very helpful, but of course cannot support the contribution for everyone. It was not written to work with the Simple Template System, but could be modified to work. However, he does not need it himself, so I have reversed out of the STS in favour of modifying the shop layout by hand, its not that hard :) Note that the WP contribution does work if you stick to the core layout and don't use STS. Have a look at my test shop at OakShop. This shop is for testing purposes only, products are fictitious and it could be down at any time without warning, but it works well and I think it looks quite nice? Guest
I am not running STS but have the same problem. Instead of returning the customer to the callback page, it loads the worldpay thank you page instead and stays on that. Any ideas ?
go2pub
Same problem here, I've tried every solution I've found on the forums with no success. The customer simply isn't directed back to wpcallback.php I'm using a clean installation of osc Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks Nigel
cyberphool
Hi Richreeve, I have found a solution that is working for me. It may work for you too, and I'd like to know if it does. Please have a look here: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=21&t=95966 Regards, David
go2pub
Hi David, I tried the direct URL option as suggested in the thread, but it didn't work for me. With the number of open threads on this problem, I'm starting to think there's a real bug in this version of the WP module (but I could be wrong :-)) I just can't believe we could have all made the same mistake installing this. As in all the threads before, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Nigel
go2pub
Just a quick update for anyone having problems with the Worldpay module. My trouble was sorted by worldpay, simply had to change installation id and everything seems to be working fine. Of coarse there was nothing wrong with the module, as always just my dumbness. cyberphool
Hi Nigel, I also had the wrong installation id initially, but I noticed this when the emails were sent after placing an order. They had a different company's name in the message. Did you also notice this? Unfortunately for me, changing my installation id didn't fix the problem  Well it's good to hear you got your problem solved. -david Edited July 21, 2004 by cyberphool
go2pub
Hi David, I did notice this but as I'm installing it for a customer I didn't really pass any remarks as I just though he was using a different company name. Reading the threads on this problem most of the time the problem seems to be not defining wpcallback.php in filenames.php, I emailed quite a few of the posters on the other threads and this is what most but not all said. As with everything to do with OSC there's always an answer, just a matter of perseverance :)
Guest
I have try using the direct URL to the wpcallback.php and the process end with the user being log out and the order "Cancel". Is this normal in test mode or is there something wrong with the OSC? Pls share is you have the similar case and manage to solve. Thanks. cyberphool
I didn't experience that. I set the Worldpay module to 100 and then to 101 to test a success and failure payment. Later I left it on success and ran through the site a couple of times. A few days later after notifying Worldpay I switched the "Mode" of the Worldpay module to 0 (live mode). I appears to be working fine. During test mode, in both states (100 & 101) after going through the Worldpay pages, I was redirected to wpcallback.php and the correct error/success message was displayed. Are you sure you have the correct path back to your shop? I am not using any SSL security, so the URL of my site always starts with "http://". My callback URL also starts with "http://". - David
