As a result, I received the paypal payment, but the "order process" did not complete, so their items are still in their shopping cart. How can I move this to an official order??? Thanks in advance. Guest Posted June 4, 2004 Share Posted June 4, 2004 Best way I have found is to use the recover cart contribution. Then using a test account duplicate the order. In the interim I made a "fake" order and then copied all of the same info for that item from the order tables under the actual customer id in the orders table. Then removed from the cart tables. Worked great, but really wouldn't want to do it each time a customer made this mistake. Does anyone else have this problem? How do you solve it?
