PLEASE HELP UPS PROBLEM

I need to know how to edit the UPS shipping file so that when checking out not all shipping options are avail. only certain ones that I use. I found a way to change the text that is displayed but I cannot find out how to get rid of them all together.

You can delete any of them or change the text but the actuall display of prices doesnt change so for now i put no longer avail. in the ones i didnt want but I want to get rid of them HELP

I am curious about this as well? I just want to offer Ground and 3 day Select so I deleted all other options. Onc eI go to check out though, the WORDs for those two shipping options are the only ones there but it is still displaying the prices for all the other UPS shipping options. Any way to get rid of that?
