Remove checkout steps

I would like to know if there is some way to remove the Delivery Information and Payment Information steps from the checkout procedures. At this time store will only support one Delivery method and one Payment method (Checks and Money Orders). I don't need these steps as the customer cannot change any values in these steps. I do understand that the Delivery method step could allow the customer to change the delivery address, but I would like to keep all the addresses the same (customer, shipping and billing) at this time.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
