Doesn't OSC have a FAQ page?

Myself (and several other users) currently have a question posted in the "order total" forum that is likely a commonly asked question. However, my method of searching the OSC support sites and forums has led to no results (is the search feature broken) and I am desperately in need of help...(seems there are more patients than doctors here :huh: )

 

Anyway, isn't there some sort of FAQ somewhere where commonly addressed concerns are archived in an easily searchable format?

 

The simplicity of our issue, and the fact that so many people are obviously not having this issue, leads me to beleive that it has been solved previsouly.

 

Any clues on a better method to search out answers here?

Also, if you do a search in the forums for taxes you will find the answer to your question in your other thread.
