How do i modify anything?

Ok...

I am really greenhorn in this field.

 

I have followed instruction by

copying files to my server

 

Then I went to

website/catalog/install

 

and did the things they tell me to do on the screen

 

Now I am at my site with OSC running with sample OSC site.

I was wondering how can I modify the information on the site

to fit to my needs..
