Sale ok with paypal but not in database?

Hello,

 

Many sales were recorded in the database through Paypal except this last one : we have received the paypal confirmation (price+shipping) but no record in OS database. The customer exists in "customers".

Cannot figure out what happen.

Does anybody experience the same probL. ?

sandralk, could you be more specific on that. Is it a setting in your paypal account or some parameter I have to set in oscommerce. I looked in both areas and didn't see a setting?

Found it, to set it you have to log in to paypal and find 'auto_return' under 'merchant tools'.

 

The problem is in fact when they don't click the 'click here to continue' on the paypal checkout screen. I did a before and after test and that fixed it perfectly. Thanks guys.
