I have looked at all the contributions but could not find any module that would allow me to determine the shipping cost from a vendor to a customer...I did find the contribution of regions...I modified this module to provide the ability to use a rate table inconjunction with an origin zipcode...and it works for me...I am willing to share the code if anyone has the same need...let me know..
