UPS XML: Errors in programming?

Guest

Recommended Posts

I installed the UPS XML Rates, after registering w/ UPS Online and getting an XML Rates Access Key(also making username and passwd).

Just after copying the included files where they go (I double checked file/locations), I'm getting 3 error messages on the top of the Admin screen for installing Shipping Modules, as follow:

Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated - argument passed by value; If you would like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of [runtime function name](). If you would like to enable call-time pass-by-reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your INI file. However, future versions may not support this any longer. in **REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS**/htdocs/store/catalog/includes/classes/xmldocument.php on line 254

I inputed all my info, after 'installing' the module, and still i'm getting these error messages across the top of my Admin/Add Shipping Module section - and also this is coming up when i go to Check Out, and is giving me an "111510: Unsupported Packaging Requested" error message after the UPS Shipping Method option.

HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM? Is it a programming error in the "xmldocument.php" file, or is it my webserver's fault? I am getting seriously frustrated - and where is this "INI" file i am told to change settings in?
