Error loading webstore

Had a friend who thought she could install easy populate on my webstore. The page will not load, error as if i didnt have a connection to the internet.

 

Tried the admin side of things and am getting this error.

 

Warning: main(includes/application_top.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/racinge/public_html/store/admin/index.php on line 13

 

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/racinge/public_html/store/admin/index.php on line 13

I assume you've checked your FTP space and the files are actually there?

I'm seeing the same error off of a fresh test server I just installed. The catalog side works great but the admin sees the same errors:

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/silvertest/catalog/admin/index.php on line 13

It is notable that I recieved a bunch of errors/warnings whent he installer finished. Even though it said it succeeded it appears that something went wrong. As it turns out it never completed the admin configure.php file like I wanted and I had to hand edit it. Even so, I still see the same errors.

 

Any ideas?
