I get email notifactions via world pay to say someone has paid for goods but the odd one or two are not coming into the oscommerce admin section so we are missing vital orders and people then are waiting a long time before we realise the order has not shown up on the system. In the email we get from worldpay it gives us the users cart id - Your cart ID: osCsid=(loads of charachters), is it possible for us to view this - if so how? We have this sometimes when customers fail to Callback to the site or confirm the order We have also installed the Recover Carts mod so we can see whats in the carts but not yet processed. - very useful even if you do not have the problem you describe.
