Downloadable product "pending", not downloading!

I've got a problem with downloadable content at my store. I test-bought the download product but I haven't recieved any download link or anything for it. In my buyers account it says the product is still pending after over twelve hours of me buying it. What can I do to sort this out?

 

Also, when you change the language to deutch or espanol on my index page, they show up as the default page for a brand new shop. How do I change them so they translate my English pages' text?

 

My store's url is http://futurius.com/superstore/ if that helps. I'm not even sure if my site is live yet. It should be if it took my order, right? :(

I've figured out how to change the setting of the order from "pending" to "delivered", yet still nothing else is happening.

 

Is there something in admin I need to do to send out the content to the buyer?

I'm having the same problem. I've done a test transaction using 2checkout with a downloadable test item (I'll be selling sound effects, music and ebooks eventually), it returns me to osCommerce ok but there is no download link and the order is always "pending" as well.

 

I have setup the downloadable files settings as per the instructions.

 

I'm unsure what to do next.

 

Any ideas?

Wierd, when I get returned to my site I get "Order successfully processed! Your products will arrive at their destination within 2-5 working days.

 

No mention of download links.

Yeah but I am signed up with 2checkout and the sale goes through without any problems until I get passed back to my site.

 

Strange.

 

Anybody got any ideas what might be wrong?

Hi,

Use Linda's download controller (Download_Controllev5.3 MS2.2) contribution. It is present in the Contributions section of oscommerce site. it will take care of all your problems regarding downloadable products :).

Yeah after I installed the downloads controller I had more problems.

 

Solution: start from a clean install and go from there. All working so far bar a few questions with Easy Populate contribution.

i have not read the whole thread, but your merchant account must send back a valid response to you and your default setting for the downloads should be setup for updated. if your merchant account does not issue a positive response, then the download is blocked (for your protection) and you must manually process the order/update.

 

on another note, castle what kind of problem do you have with EP?

 

I use both downloads, as I have two sites all we do is downloads and another where EP is used daily.
