zenaphex
I had recently changed my 'store name' through the administrator and noticed that the title name for the catalog web pages did not reflect this newly entered name. It would make sense for the title of the web pages to change automatically when editing the store name. Thoughts?
Mark Evans
The store name at is set in the language files so that you can use a different store name for each language you support. zenaphex
Ok, but do store names really change according to languages? Aren't store names like registered/copyrighted names or something like that? If an English store name was changed to a Spanish store name, the name could conflict with a major Spanish store. There's no telling what might happen then. My guess is that different languages split this confusion so there would be no need to have a language set store name. What do you think?
Guest
sometime some people dont put the store name but a little message related to the store or a little welcome to store The_Bear
zenaphex
The_Bear, good point. It would be nice to have a way within the administrator to change the title. For instance, within the store configuration.
