BlingBee Posted June 1, 2004 Share Posted June 1, 2004 Hi Everyone, I am having problems with installing I get to install.php?step=7 and I get the following message: The following error has occurred: The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set. Please perform the following actions: cd /home/sites/site69/web/shopping/catalog/includes/ touch configure.php chmod 706 configure.php cd /home/sites/site69/web/shopping/catalog/admin/includes/ touch configure.php chmod 706 configure.php I have tried 706 and 777 but still get the same message??
