gandalfthewhite Posted June 1, 2004 Share Posted June 1, 2004 I was wondering, when you finally recieved your merchant ID from psigate, do you have to change the mode of the module to "production" and "sale", or do you keep the authorization to "pre-auth". Psigate figures I need to keep it on pre-auth, and then once I ship the items, there should be a feature in the oscommerce program to do a Post-auth on the customer's credit card (yet I can't find such a feature). I also noticed that when taking psigate test orders, the CC info (name, card, #, etc) are not listed in the "Edit Order" page of the shop admin... yet if I do a test order with the CreditCard module, it shows all this info on the Edit Order page. Does someone know how to modify the Psigate module to also display the customer's Name, CC type, CC #, and Expire date. Reason I ask is because if I am supposed to run the psigate module in Pre-Auth mode, then I will need to somehow get the customer's CC info to run a Post-Auth once the items have been shipped (psigate module currently shows me nothing for CC info, so if I set it to pre-auth, I have no way of getting info to do Post-Auth) Thx.
